Hi,
I am looking for some evaluation boards that can be used for high speed adc testing. I searched over internet and found each company like analog devices, TI, Latticesemi has their own evaluation boards which can be used for their own ADCs. Here is a link for analog devices'

I am looking for this kind of Evaluation board which should have one or two digital input ports for getting ADC output data from the chip and there should be an interface with pc. The software installed in the pc can display realtime output of ADC associated with FFT, DNL and INL.
