ethernet cable hardware switch for two networks

We have two networks, one sealed and open to the internet.

Does this already exist? I want a switch to flip between the two, so a computer must disconnect from one network before connecting to the other...

I've attached a sketch of what i'm after...

You can build one without problems, just make sure to use good components
(to avoid slow speeds and inserting noise in the network)

Hi,
Yes it is possible. But you have to use a very good quality of the switch or you will get the speed loss and noise. The switch is supposed to be Two way 6 Poles. Like the one attached in the image:
