Hello all,

I am asked to come up with an estimation of my LNA area including bond pads. I am using traditional , Common source Cascode LNA topology which utilizes 3 inductors, 2 transistors etc.

How many bondpads will I need ? One for ground, one for power supply , one for RF in and one for RF out? only 4? Is that correct or I am missing something? How do measure the area for the bondpads and where do you find these?

What is the best way to come up with this estimation? I haven't really started with the Layout yet. My advisor asked me to do that in one day. Please help me.

Thank you.
