Hi :)

The scintigraphic images are affected by Poisson noise in nature. In the literature they approximate the Poisson model with Gaussian,
which is to estimate the variance and the average noise.

And they use Bayesian estimation, such as, MMSE estimation, MAP estimation, The Gaussian case with linear sensors, Maximum likelihood estimation and Unbiased linear MMSE estimation.

Can you tell me where the most appropriate?

Can you help me please :)
