How can I establish connection from normal telephone network (PSTN) to a VOIP network ? I want to know what are the devices need for this purpose ? please help me

if you have your own private VOIP network, then using PBX u can connect to PSTN . India its not allowed to have a connection between PSTN and public VOIP networks if i am correct.
Check in your office telephone network .......you can get some info

There are three ways in which you can make a VoIP connection, each way having a different set of requirements and implications. The three ways are differentiated by what you have on each of the two communicating sides. There are Computer to Computer, Phone to Phone & Phone to Computer and vice-versa

To understand VIOP better you can go here.
