ESD Diode (Best IP3)

Does any one know what is the best EDS protection Diode?

Specs:
~±15KV
Pout ~15dBm(Of output Amplifier)
Fo=1GHz (Max)
IP3> 50dBm
Smallest Package

I have tried several but I have not hound one better than our current
ESD Diode, and we need more performance (The story of our lives).

Thanks for any help.
