errot with installing ASITIC

hi,
can anybody tell me how to install asitic in windows.I downloaded cygwin and tried to install it,but it keep on downloading from net(progress showed even 160%).why is that? how can I do it?
I also tried on ubuntu 12.04 .But I cannot execute it?

it seems to be working in red hat not in ubantu? why?
 

i tried to install it in fedora 14.I found this error :Reading .asitic init file...
Warning: Unable to allocate 9x15 fontSegmentation fault (core dumped).what I can do???
