ERROR While installing Ubuntu

Hi, while installing Ubuntu inside Win7 using "Wubi" a message including the following shows up and the installation stops:

N.B: this error occurred with 10.04 11.04 and 9.04 !!

Have no idea what that means, why not install VirtualBox for Windows and install it within that?

Install it inside Virtual machine. It has worked perfectly fine for me over many years
