I'm trying to make a nice little simple nand-gate which looks like this in icms

When I try to extract the netlist using hspice, i get this error.

Where do you think the problem lies? I tried repeating the same with different w/ls but ended up getting this error.
Sometimes I can extract without errors, and sometimes the errors just dont leave me alone - for the same circuit!
Any ideas?
