Error when running VCS

I'm running the simulation by VCS on my own mechine, but there are error when doing ./simv -gui as shown in picture. And the inter.vpd file isn't generated. Could anyone tell me how to do? Thanks~

Don't have VCS docu at my disposal right now. Inside it search for the error with string : UCLI-003
 

check your scripts, I believe the error is something else entirely, and the vpd file is not generated as a consequence, not a cause.
