Error when installing IC5032

Hi All,

I just got ic5032. When I try installing it, the following error message display. I would like to ask have anyone encountered the similar situation before? My OS is redhat linux 8.0. Does it mean that the files I got is corrupted? I have tried using linux sum to check size and checkum of the two files, they are not the same as provided in the checksum files.
