Error in TCAD simulation

Hai everyone,

Currently, i'm working in sentaurus TCAD workbench. First, I have added a tool "SDE" in which I added several parameters and their values. Then I have added the tools like Sdevice, Inspect..
When i run those nodes, no error occur. Then I added a second value for a parameter (Ex: Lg). While i'm running those nodes, the errors occurred.
The error is:

The node '85' could not be submitted.
The prerequisite node '83' has the status 'none'.

But the status of the node it showed is 'none'. I don't know what the problem is. Can anyone tell the solution for this problem??

I think you need to first run node 83 and then try to run node 85.
Sounds like node 83 is a prerequisite for node 85.
If you show a snapshot of your workbench here it is easier to find the problem.
