Error in LVS by Calibre " The corresponding cells could not be identified "

Hi. I am getting the following error while running LVS

" Nothing in the layout.
The corresponding cells couldn't be identified"

I think the problem is that for some reason Calibre cannot find identify the layout for the std cells. Does this sound correct? Any idea how to solve it ?
