[SOLVED] Error in LTspice simulation

Greetings,

I m trying to generate gaussian distribution for length of NMOS and PMOS device...But simulation throws an error...How do i resolve this issue?I have attached the .asc file and model file which i m working on..

I suppose level 54 model doesn't have parameter L

I also wonder if it's asking too much to expect the error message shown in your post so that we don't need to run a simulation on our own to see what the problem is?
