error in eldo simulation

I'm trying to simulate a circuit involving BJT and diodes. What is the device name i should use?
im using Pyxis schematic as the tool.
the error is: Q1 PNP is not defined.
pls help me out

Your ELDO setUp should contain a library with the primitive BJT PNP. Try and find it, and insert

.INCLUDE [I]this library[/I]

in your netlist. Without a definition for the PNP, ELDO can't work.

I cant find any library for them. Could you pls give me an example of such a library?
else, where can i get those libraries?

I'm not an ELDO user, sorry. If you get a legitimate ELDO PDK from a tools vendor or a semi foundry like STM, such libraries will be included. Otherwise try and search such a lib e.g. in G00GLE with the search words

eldo library -county

and search the ELDO User's Manual about how models and libraries are included.
