error in CST MWS"the propagation constant of mode 1

error in CST MWS

hii
i am design a rectangular dielctric antenna and then simulate it in CST 2009 but when i start simulation it will give this error "the propagation constant of mode 1 is zero" and then solver stopped...........
plz tell me the solution how this can happen???????????
