Error in CIICR in SIM300 Module

Hi Guys,
I am Using SIM300 Module. i have to enable GPRS activation and send through message.
I have the following Error. I don't know about. Can anybody help to me?

AT+CGATT=1
OK

AT+CGDCONT?
OK

AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","spice"
OK

AT+CSTT="spice"
OK

AT+CDNSORIP=0
OK

AT+CIICR
ERROR

+PDP: DEACT

What is this Error? . How to rectify it? Pls help me..........
