Error for Chipscope Analyzer

Dear all,

I have strange error with Chipscope Analyzer.
Every time I first start the Chipscope it starts well

But even if once I have some mistake in my desgin and I redo changes and restart Analyzer agian and when I try to
confugure the JTAG chain following error occurs

Please help

Solution

ChipScope Pro analyzer uses the TCP/IP protocol to connect to the cable. This error occurs because the socket specified in the "Server Host Settings" is being used by another application.

To work around this issue, change the socket setting as follows.

1. Open ChipScope Analyzer.
2. Select JTAG Chain -> Server Host Settings.
3. Increment the default setting (localhost:50001 -> localhost:50002).
4. Repeat step 3 until you can connect to the cable.

Ah... I use the Jtag chain
It worked fine earlier but as soon as I restart the stuff error appears to happen
