Hello,
I am Designing a Power Amplifier, The transistor selected is a freescale transistor (MRF6V2300N), luckily I have found its ADS design model, i have included it according to a tutorial, but while simulating it is giving following error....
Kindly guide how to correct this error??

While trying to bug out the issue, I clicked the model and in its properties there is a drop down menu option "Parameter Entry Mode".. by default it was "Use MET model for active device" i changed to the other one that is "Use ROOT Model for active device" and now it is simulating without error, and results are what i expected. So if anyone other is having the same issue they can try this !!!!
