Error amplifier inside UCC38C43 sources <1mA..why?

On page 3 of the UCC38C43 datasheet it can be seen that the internal error amplifier (an opamp) inside the ucc38c43 can source a maximum of only 1mA. Why so low?...Most opamps can source good deal more than 1mA from there output. Why is this internal opamp so limited in its source current?

Doesn't this place sever restrictions on the sizing of the feedback and input resistors that are used around this opamp?

It's intentionally low. The datasheet explains why, look e.g. for the soft start circuits.
