can anybody help me to find out an equivalent circuit of coupled transmission line(microstrip),my system is a four layer board with lines at top nd bottom layer with via connecting these two

You can extract the coupled transmission line model using Sonnet, see the below topic "Extraction of Transmission Line Models "
