Equivalent of FT 232AM or FT232R and MAX213

Could anyone guide me to the equivalent of the following parts?

FT232AM or FT232R
MAX213

I need their equivalent or any chip that can do the same function shown in the following link.

equivalent electroniq parts

You can replace (not directly) the MAX213 (ignoring SLEEP pin) with 3 MAX232, MAX202, or similar, but I don't think there is a direct replacement of the FT232, although the CP2102 ( https://www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/IC/cp2102.pdf ) can perform similar task ..
