hello
what is the most recent equivalent circuit for a mosfet and igbt ( because there is many equivalent cicuits but none of them explains their behaviour perfectly )
Regards

I think in state of the art technologies it is very hard to find a circuit model that explains the MOSFET behavior perfectly due to short channel effects and many other effects that appear as the transistor size becomes smaller and smaller,so i think u have to design according to traditional models and then use simulators to predict the real behavior which will deviate from ur calculations due to many effects that u didn't consider in the initial calculations.
