Equipment for testing custom designed 64 QAM RF modulator/upconverter

What test pieces of should I rent to test a custom designed 64-QAM RF modulator/upconverter, and a custom designed Receiver/64 QAM demodulator? Data rate at around 150 mbps. Carrier frequency is around 6 GHz, but we could downconvert that to something lower pretty easily. Need to test out the RF components and the DSPs making and demodulating the signals.

So....nobody on this forum ever tests anything they build? Or nobody here ever builds anything to test?
