Equations for poles and zeros of a flyback smps power stage?

The following article gives expressions (in a table on page 4) for the poles and zeros of a flyback SMPS power stage….

…however, the “CCM” equations use “LSEC” in them…….this is surely wrong?, the inductance used should be the “LPRI” referred to the secondary?

Also, the parameter “VSAW” is a primary side parameter. Surely it should be referred to the secondary for use in these formulae? (or otherwise the other values such as "COUT" should be referred to the primary ?)

..gives two different expressions for the ESR zero of a flyback, do you know which one is correct?…is it the one with the “1+D” expession?
