Energy meter using CS5463 energy ic

Hello Friends

I am making an Energy meter Using CS5463 (energy IC) and microcontroller 8051c311 as the controlling part.

Now i want to read the data from the serial buffers of this Energy IC.
I would like to have some interfacing details.

havnt read abt this ic yet, but i hav made a energy meter using analog devices ic ADE7757 interfacing it with 89C51. the ic provides the digital form of the current power consumption. u hav to count the frequency in a calibrated time. and rest of the part is done in uC.

I also same like awalanchal.Anyhave I worked with CS5460.In CS5460 have SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface) compatiblity.I think CS5463 also same so try with SPI...
