Encounter Library Characterizer can't recognize inductance

Hi,
I am using Encounter Library Characterizer to generate .lib file from a custom cell that I have made myself.
I use QRC to extract the RLCK parameters of the cell.
But when I put the spice netlist as the input of Encounter Library Characterizer,
it does not recognize the mutual inductance at all.
It reported that K (mutual inductance coefficiency) is an unknown reference?

Could anyone tell me how to fix this problem?
