EMI and EMC are related to the Loop area(Signal path and return path).To have reduced EMI in ur design first step design proper layer stackup and continuous ground reference plane.Route the signals reference to the ground plane .this ll reduce the loop area.Dont route the Signals on unrelated plane(Analog signal on Digital ground reference plane).This ll increase the loop area and create EMI problems
