embedded system using arm

hi all,
right now i'm doing project base on ARM chip (not using the eval board) and plan to use the arm11 chip. for the 1st stage,my goal is to interface it with ADC n radio transciever.
My question/problem;
1. anyone know which company sell ARM11 chip only
2. anyone has used the RVDS4.0(tools for ARM)
3. what the best software to design double layer PCB

Orcad must be a good software to design the PCB layout..
you can get chips as such from vendors it self.. try Ammo systems and EMBEDDED SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS in bangalore..

thanks bro but still cannot find the chip seller. i already try search at freescale, atmel,nxp n etc but nothing found.

cant you try some websites like digikey.com were you can order chips alone?? You have any specific Arm11 chip in mind.. there may be many variants of the same architecture... tell me that I might be able to help you..
