Dear researchers,
I have a simple question about measuring static noise margin of SRAM 6T. I plotted butterfly curve, but my problem is how to measure the size of embedded square in butterfly curve in Matlab?

It's well described in the text and in Fig. 7.19. of the above posted PDF. Plot QB(V) vs. Q(V) - with both VN=0 @ Fig. 7.18. -, then ... s. Fig. 7.19. description text.
