I need to find Ethernet Hardware Module that support SNMP.

Its AVR based... I am not sure if the SNMP part was sorted yet, but its worth a look anyway

Thank you for your reply, but as I know, UIP does not support SNMP & even UDP, or maybe UIP has upgraded to higher version? I will check it! Thanks.

Yes, the site (hxxp://www.dunkels.com/adam/uip ) does not show the information about suporting SNMP.
