Hi there,
Could anyone help me finding circuit for electronic ballast for fluorescent lamp. Particulaty I need to drive Phillips UV lamp.

You find it in MC33262 datasheet and application document.
Search for it www.onsemi.com.
 

Internatinal Rectifier has several high voltage ICs ,app.notes and Design examples for fluorescent lamps.

there are many vendors who manufacture the semiconductors required for the ballast & there application notes and data sheets explains very well about this topic
