Electric generator starter. Need Help

Hello every body.
I have an electric generator (3500W) ,a UPS 1000W, a 200Ah battery and I want to make a circuit that does the following operation.
When the main supply power goes generator starts automatically.
When generator is properly started, load is shifted on generator.
When the main supply power is back generator goes off.
The load shifts back on main supply.
Current from generator is forwarded only when its voltge is more than 200V.
I dont know any programing and want analog circuit design.

since you don't know programming let us do it our analog way. Let us go step by step.
1. To make the the output to be connected to generator's output when it is 200V, use operational amplifier.
Set a reference voltage to the inverting input and use a preset the input to the non inverting input in such a way that the output of the op amp will be logic 1 only when the applied voltage 200V and above.
When you have done this, let me know I don't want to over labour you.

You need to consider the generator and mains are not syncronous. Certain loads, like a refridg does not like to have its power bounced and most AC motors or compressors may be damaged if power is quickly switched when the two sources are not syncronous.

The return to mains is where you are most likely to run into trouble without enough delay between dropping of the generator and switching back to mains. Hard switchover without down time is receipe for big trouble.

UPS backup inverters syncronize to mains so they are ready to immediately pick up the load if main drops out. When main returns they still keep running on inverter until its frequency/phase can be gradually slewed to re-sync inverter to mains. Then the hard switchover can occur.
