Please help me about eigen mode solver, to calculate the dispersion diagram
 

You can first set the boundary which is your need as periodic, then set the phase of the master-slave from 0-360degree, then you can sweep the parameters, after that you can get the dispersion diagram. Beta-->phase vs f.
There is a example in eigen mode. The name seems helix slow wave structure.
