sir
the the amount of power dissipation to charge the load capacitance by a sinusoidal source operating at 100mhz via mosfet operating in linear region in adiabatic logic is given by

Elinear = (RC/T) ×CV² where R is mosfet resistance, C is the load capacitance. and T is the time to charge Capacitance to voltage V

plz tell what will be the effect of increasing load capacitance C on power dissipation Elinear. Suppose C is varied from .01pF to 0.2pF.
Weather Elinear will increase/decrease/remain constant.

Isn't that a pretty straightforward to answer, by inspection of the equation? (i.e. use algebra)

Plug in 2*C in place of all the C's in the equation, then pull the constants out front of the equation, such that you get Elinear = (some constant) * (RC/T) x CV². The constant in front will be the change in Elinear caused by (in this case) doubling the capacitance, C. If the constant is >1, then Elinear increases as C increases. If the constant is <1, then Elinear decreases as C increases.

This sounds like a homework problem, so I'll let you push a pencil to determine the answer.
