Hi,
We are doing a 24V, 1A flyback 100-265vac, using EFD20/10/7 with 510um centre leg gap.
Two layers of 0.25mm enamel copper wire sandwiching a layer of 7/0.1mm TEXELZ.

Why dont they make the bobbin thicker so that the innermost turns layer can be further from the gap?....it should really preferably be three diameters away....so needs to be 0.75mm away.
To reduce heating from the fringing field.
