EE240 lecture download problem

**broken link removed**when I try to download these lecture pdf,I can't see the exact pdf,there is always a clew that"File does not begin with %PDF",could anybody tell me the reason?

You have to download files first and then open them. Do not view them on the webstie.

Got this problem before. Check if you have the latest version of acrobat reader. Try it again.
