And what`s about modem? Does anybody have a link or code or Simulink model?

The problem is:

I have 2 QPSK signals, x is known, y is unknown (that one needs to be received). on Input I have first y, then after unknown time t there`s a sum of x+y. Task is to find that delay t and reject x (with offset t) out of incoming sequence to find y.
