eccp pwm need helps..

hye guys..i've check signal for eccp pwm pins P1D and P1B where when i use DC 100% the voltge is 0 but when i use DC=0% the voltage is 5V...why this is happen on my eccp pins??hope to hear from u guys..help me..tq
