Eagle PCB and schem non sync'd

Hi,
Please advise why this Eagle Pro schem and PCB (attached) have become non sync'd. They used to be sync'd.

Perform an ERC to see the problems.

Thanks, i will do , i always have "errors" in the ERC check even when sync'd...but its good advice. I assume that as long as all the nets correspond in name and connection, then the schem and pcb must be sync'd?
