eagle library for HCTL 2032

hctl 2032 schematic

I am a student and I am working on a closed loop servo control system using quadrature incremental for position feedback. I am using agilents HCTL 2032 quadrature counter and want to implement the schematic using Cadsoft Eagle. I could not make my own library. Could you please send me the library for HCTL 2032? It would be of great help
