Eagle Cad software help

I am trying to use Eagle for the first time it will take some getting used to but I have a problem so far, I have problems finding components, I am using a professional version 7.20 I realize that libraries can be added but all the videos I see are very old videos can someone help me to add a library so that I can get some parts to use.
