eagle layout via

I encounter a problem when I use the Eagle to draw layout of a double sides PCB. When I add via in the PCB, the solder stop mask is added to the via automatically. I can not find any way to cancel the solder stop mask on that via.

I tried to select <Change> -> <Stop>, but it does not help.
