DVB-T signal meter- complete circuit to build it myself

Good evening,

the price of a DVB-T meter (to analyze digital terrestrial signals) is too high for my pocket :D so I was looking for a complete circuit (a kit) to build it myself. I did not find anything.

What I need is an istrument to measure the level, the BER.......all the parameters of the DVB-T signal of a preselected channel, so you must have the possibility to select the channel you want to analyze. Then you can read all the values on a display

I know this is not a simple circuit.........but maybe you can help me to find something.
