DVB-ASI to E3 converter

Hi all,

I have an MPEG2 encoder which has DVB-ASI outputs -188 bytes per packet- now i need to send my stream over E3,
I know that there are some chips available but I don't know how to start.
Is there anybody who has worked on converting ASI to E3?
I would appreciate any help on this issue.
