Dummy_Metal_FILL issue

Dear all,

I'm inserting Dummy_Metal_FILL by means of the following two files: Dummy_Metal_Assura_90nm.20a : Assura encrypt rule deck
Dummy_Metal_Assura_90nm_20a.rsf : Assura rsf file

I generate DM.gds with Assura and then from icfb File-->import-->Stream I import DM.gds. For some layout it functions very well, however for others does not, i.e. scanning cellview (bvFILLTile/Layer_F/Mxxx_FILL layout), pass but PASS2...,
translating cellview (.....) not completed and FILL for top level won't be genetated.

Have anybody experience with this issue? How can I get rid of this trouble?

What you mean concretely with "checking in tech file"?
