Since s-parameter simulation is related to DC voltage, why i couldn't find DC voltage input when run s-parameter simulation using @DS's Momentum? :?:
Help!

S-parameters are measured under certain DC bias conditions and therefore they are bias depended.
When you do s-parameter simulation in a simulator you use a group of s-parameters that are either already measured or simulated by using linear or nonlinear models.

For instance consider a s-parameter set of a transistor, these parameters have been already obtained by measuring or simulating and the you use them in a different conditions. Simulator calculates beahviour the DUT and extrapolate for conditions which you have supplied.

That's why DC components are not neccesary to simulate them you may not see DC components anywhere.

If you use "black box" that is defined s-parameters, simulator never knows what it is or what there are in th box..

I hope it's clear..

Thank you! It is a good reply for me.
