dspic and pic32 ICSP programming

can dspic and pic32 be programmed using ICSP?
can anybody share the schematic for both the programmers?

yes. you can use pickit3 or icd3. but their circuits are not simple as you think. try bootloaders if possible.

Ya you have to use a programmer to program the bootloader program.
