The dsPIC and the PIC24 share many similarities, particular in the standard hardware modules.

You should find the following PIC24 tutorials handy:

Engscope PIC24 Tutorials

Also the following guide maybe of interest:

dsPIC30F to PIC24H Conversion Guidelines

If you are looking for tutorials specific to the dsPICs DSP features you might want to examine the **broken link removed**.

Also the Microchip C30 Compiler manuals have considerable information concerning the dsPICs DSP features.

Both are 16-bit the PIC24 being a 'general purpose' Microcontroller (MCU)and the dsPIC aimed at Digital Signal Controller (DSC) applications. In the main I use PIC24s unless the application requires DSP functionality

I complete agree with Tahmid and Qwertyuiop415263 that this book is great, also like other posts tutorial link. With books and other materials you should have good development board for learning and testing your design. You can search Internet for many manufacturers of development boards, you can see excellent MikroElektronika EasyPIC v7 for dsPIC30 or any other good board from other manufacturers.

bt i m using mplab c30

Good.

I would strongly recommend the Microsoft C30 compiler over MikroE's compiler, especially concerning the dsPIC series.

Microchip's collection of dsPIC related libraries are unmatched by any other vendor:

Of course that being said, the online book recommended in post #2 appears generic enough for general purpose study of dsPIC series.
