dspf format

Hi all,

I am looking for the official specs or a reference document (or tutorial...) for the
Detailed Standard Parasitics File format (DSPF).

I have a back-annotation problem and there seems to be something wrong with the file I have, so I'd like to know more about DSPF. I found out it was invented by Cadence, but it's now some kind of open standard... But I can't find any documentation on it!

Can anyone help ?
